On May 2, 2022, the Hotel Real Estate Day took place in Berlin, an industry meeting of the real estate industry, to which the Central Real Estate Committee (ZIA) and Claus Jacobs Network (CJN) had invited. After a long time, this event could take place live again, which was very welcomed by the participants.
The event took place at the Hotel de Rome Berlin and offered top-class guests, speakers and panellists from politics, economy and society the opportunity to discuss the biggest challenges of the hotel industry. Particular attention was paid to the industry-specific consequences and lessons learned from the Corona pandemic, as well as the opportunities and possibilities arising from it.
ZIA President Dr. Andreas Mattner emphasized the importance of the topics of digitalization, mixed-use and ESG, which were addressed during the event. The Hotel Real Estate Day also provided an ideal networking platform for decision makers from the industry.
Overall, Hotel Property Day was a great success and an important step in re-establishing personal contacts and exchange within the real estate industry. ZIA and CJN look forward to further successful events in the future.
